HCL InfiNet makes no warranty, express or implied, nor assumes any responsibility as to the quality, accuracy, currency, completeness, reliability or usefulness of the service or that the service will meet the requirements of the Customer and will be uninterrupted, error free, timely, and that the results obtained from the use of the service will meet the Customer expectations in any manner, whatsoever. 4. Customer acknowledges and agrees that he will be solely responsible for any damage to his business, computer system or loss of data that results from the download and/or use of such content, data and/or software. 5. HCL InfiNet assumes no liability of whatsoever nature for or relating to any damage suffered by the customer, including but not limited to, delays, errors, failure, interruption or corruption, loss of data, whether caused by our negligence or that of HCL InfiNet affiliates, our licensors, or customer's own errors and/or omissions. 6. HCL InfiNet makes no warranty that the contents of the site are free from virus or any thing else, which has contaminating or destructive properties. Certain links on the site lead to resources located on the servers maintained by third parties over which HCL InfiNet has no control. HCL InfiNet accepts no responsibility or liability for any of the material contained on those servers LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event shall HCL InfiNet or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any damages (including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, arising from or in connection with the use or of the inability to use this site or any content contained on the site, or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of the customer's transmissions or data, or other information that is sent or received or not sent or received, even if HCL InfiNet have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
